Pro Media Subscription Not showing under subscriptions in "Link Your Accounts'

Hi,
I have been a Logos user for 10 years and have used the same profile since the beginning. I have taken out a subscription to Proclaim and a Pro Media subscription. I have downloaded Proclaim to my Mac (OS X El Cap) and our church computer (Windows 7). Both copies of proclaim have been linked to my proclaim subscription but when I go to the 'Link My Accounts' under subscriptions it says, 'You have no active subscriptions at this time.' I have set up two groups. One is a 'Church' group, and the other is a 'Presentation' group both of which are shown in my account drop down menu. Why does the subscription section not recognise my Pro Media Subscription?

Hello James,
Sorry for the confusion. The text you're referring to is for individual user licenses rather than the more common Proclaim group licenses, which your group has. Taking a look at your group (A/V Volunteers Group) and everything seems to be in order with valid subscriptions through 1/23. Are you experiencing any issues? I agree that the message is confusing and we'll work to get that sorted out.

Thanks Scott. That clears things up. I think I see all the Pro media. One further question, do we automatically receive the free media that proclaim issues via email or do we need to click the link to upload it?

As a Pro Media subscriber you already have access to this content in Proclaim automatically.
