We plan to add better metadata to make it easier to isolate audio resources. In the meantime, the best way I've found is with type:media audio. This query finds all resources with the type of Media Collection (or Courseware Media Collection) where audio is mentioned in the title, description, or another metadata field. It should be pretty comprehensive.
