Sermon Audio Recording Very Low

Greetings.

I love the new feature of recording the audio directly through Proclaim.  Currently we us Audacity, but want to use Proclaim to streamline the process.

The issue we have is that when running an Audio test or a direct recording, the volume slider does not increase the sound recorded within Proclaim.  We have adjusted the sound on the PC as well as the input from our soundboard and it has not helped.

The same line in records through Audacity with proper volume.

Any suggestions on how to fix this other than the suggestion of importing the file into Audacity and increasing the gain?

Thanks, take care and God bless!

Hi, Emory. We're still developing post-processing features in Proclaim. In the future we intend to include a feature to increase the volume of the recording. For right now, you can follow the steps in this article to adjust the volume of your recording using Audacity if you haven't already found the local file. Thanks for your patience and feedback while we're working on this!

Greetings.the volume slider does not increase the sound recorded within Proclaim.

This is interesting.. If you go to the audio settings in Proclaim, dragging the volume up or down doesn't cause a change in the metering bar? We are looking into it as it sounds like a real issue.
