Videos freezes

Hi there. Name is Casey and I am having a bit of a issue.

Before the latest update, I was able to make changes and edits in the middle of videos and worship that featured video background loops with no problem. However, now with the latest update (1.31.0.0862), any time I try to edit with the video on mid-service, it freezes and all other videos and loops are frozen too when I try to play or select them to show on the screen. I keep having to reset Proclaim to be able to play the videos again, which I cannot make it a habit during the middle of service.

Was curious if anyone else is dealing with this issue as well and if there is a solution for this? I appreciate all who take the time to read this.

    Hi, Casey, and welcome to the forums. I've tried reproducing what you describe unsuccessfully. Could you please send us your log files so we can examine this further?

    In the meantime, I'd suggest making sure your video drivers are up-to-date. If you have the opportunity to test whether this happens on another machine, that would be great to know as well. Thanks!
