Anyone else having trouble with the motion backgrounds not looping across slides today? On each slide of a song the motion background will restart from the beginning causing a flicker between song slides. Any suggestions?
You probably don't have the loop option checked. If you go to the media browser and find the video you will see a checkbox on the right itowards the bottom (you may have to scroll down). Check that box. Then re-add the video to your items that were restarting

Hi, FBC. In order for a motion background to play continuously through a multi-slide service item, you'll need to check the "Loop video" box on that piece of media in the media browser (located in the bottom in the righthand details pane):
If you've already added that background to a slide in your presentation, you'll need to add the background to the slide again once you've checked the box. Let me know if you're still having issues.
