I have this on my pc and my laptop.
But when I try to download to my surface it is grayed out so I can't download it.

To install Logos 6 on a Windows Computer, download Logos 6 here. Please note that you must have purchased for 0.00 dollars the Logos core engine in order to download the free product. In other words, you have to go through the checkout process. However If you are wanting to install it on Windows RT, this is not a supported platform.
I believe that you can only download Logos to a Surface Pro. A Universal Windows App has been languishing in Community Pricing and, to be honest, I don't have much hope that it will ever get enough bids. Faithlife, apparently, isn't interested enough in the platform to develop it as they are iOS and Android.

It can run on the Surface 3, a Windows 10 device (not Windows RT), but not Surface 2 or the original Surface (which is).

Microsoft is not interested in RTs future (it has not got one) which explains why FL aren't developing an app.
