Problems with Proclaim Recordings

Just tried to upload the sermon and the slides are not showing up and im unable to play the audio.

    Sorry for the inconvenience Kyle. I should be able to fix your published audio recording on Monday morning. We'll also figure out why this happened so we can prevent it from happening in the future. Will reply back when it's fixed.

    Hi Kyle,

    Regarding not being able to play your sermon recording we found an issue where, if the first slide fails to display, we wouldn't allow the sermon to be played. We should ship a fix for this today.

    Regarding the missing slide images themselves - we know of an issue where, if you create a new Service Item and present it while recording, those slides will not appear in your Sermon Recording. This happens because the new Service Item has not yet been uploaded to the Proclaim services - later the Service Item is uploaded but we've recording the transition for an older version of your presentation where the slide didn't exist. This can happen if you create a service item during recording and it doesn't have a chance to sync yet before being presented (ie you don't have a network connection, the slide is presented shortly after being created, etc...).

    We are determining what the best thing to do in this case is. For now the slides will show up as broken in Proclaim when publishing and on SoundFaith the image will be missing (but the recording will play).
