Building Personal Book while Indexing? Good or Bad

Curious as to whether it is ok to build a personal book while the library is already indexing, or if it is necessary to let the indexing finish first. Often I make several personal books back to back, and I often have the next one ready to go before the indexing is complete, but I usually wait til it finishes before starting the next build, but not sure if it matters either way.

It's okay ... I've often done it.

And for instance, an update of the Early Church Fathers just shipped, right before I was about to press build on a personal book, so do I have to wait?

And a follow up related question...
Is it ok, to upload the book before it has completed indexing (indexing the actual book you just built)?

Yes, although its not something I do all the time.
