1. Yes, WBSA (What does the Bible Say About ...) is a reformatting of a common Logos format

It describes its content as:

"WBSA is based on The New Nave's Topical Bible, a revision of the classic reference work, Nave's Topical Bible, which was written in the later part of the 19th century by Dr. Orville Nave. The original Nave's was revised and expanded by James Swanson; the resulting New Nave's Topical Bible is Copyright 1997 <a href="http://www.logos.com"> Logos Research Systems, Inc.</a>"

2. One the left is WBSA with the source, "The New Nave's Topical Bible" on the right. Note that several but not all of the suggested additional topics on WBSA come from Nave's.

3. A search of Nave's on the passage <Gen 1> provides a hint regarding the source of the additional references.

If you you New Nave's Topical Bible a great deal you may wish to consider which format is the most useful to you. You can always put a shortcut to WBSA on the shortcut bar if you find it useful.
