Joined verbum cloud no webapp access

Hi, I joined verbum cloud premium but have no access to the web app still.
Any help appreciated.

Does "Cloud" come with web app access, or just Logos Now?

Yes, it does ... Faithlife was working on their servers last night which may have slowed down propogating your permissions across the necessary servers. If it is still a problem, call customer service.

I have no access at the moment. I have a V Now subscription. This is the message I get:
This site can’t be reached
app.verbum.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN0 -
I just tested it does not work for me either, and I used online DNS lookup utilities and it cannot resolve app.verbum.com to an IP address. Something broke in the DNS records that are supposed to be there.
