Recording in stereo instead of mono?

Hey - the sermon recording feature is great. We used to use a separate program for audio and it makes it much easier to have everything in one place.

I'd also like to use the interface to make occasional live recordings of the band - We keep the recordings for our musicians to use for practice. I've been able to do this using the 'download' link to get the .wav file.

We record off of the "line in" port, which is in stereo (vocals in the Left channel, instruments in the Right). But it seems like Proclaim is combining both channels to mono when making the recording. Is there a way to keep the channels separate? Or is this just too far from of the intention of sermon recording?

Glad you guys like the feature! Yes, we do combine the channels into 1. Currently, there is no way to keep them separate without us changing our code. It doesn't sound too far-fetched though to want stereo. I'll bring it up with the rest of the team

Yes Michael, if we add stereo, it should live in some kind of setting.

Thanks for the response - We use a Mac Mini, just updated to El Capitan (10.11) a few weeks ago.

i am having a problem with mono recording on proclaim i hear a warble in the background of audio files it sounds electronic have isolated it to proclaim it does not happen when recording to gold wave any ideas?
