Quick way to copy Lemma with Greek & transliteration?

Quick way to copy Lemma with Greek & transliteration? I currently use 'info' and copy from 'Word Info' or 'Lemma' in Bible Word Study. Of course when I paste I get all the info and have to delete much (see below).

BDAG slave; slave, subject

Here's what I'd like to see:

The other way is to copy from a Greek interlinear bible showing manuscript, lemma and lemma transliterated. You still have to edit to get the desired format:-

δοῦλος

δοῦλος

doulos

i.e. convert table to text and realign.
