Separate resource hiding options for two different systems?
I have a bit of a problem that I'm trying to resolve. I have ~9200 resources in my library. While my primary system has plenty of room for all of the books, as well as the associated large index file, my laptop doesn't. I've freed up everything I can, but still do not have enough room. Well, for my laptop, there are a fair number of resources I can live without. I'd like to hide them. However, doing so will cause them to be hidden on my primary system as well (upon next synch). I'd really like to have separate resources hiding settings between both systems, but this doesn't appear to be possible. The closest I can get to it is to turn off synching on the laptop. However this means I lose the other benefits of synching. Am I missing something? Is there a good way to do this that I just don't know about?
Thanks,
Dave

This isn't possible (or at least supported) without turning off syncing on the laptop - as you suspect.
I seem to remember some users coming up with approaches to this but don't know how well they work.

This functionality has been asked for many times, in almost as many ways, yet it seems we who are doing the asking are a minority too small to mandate a solution.

This is not currently possible in Logos 6.
