My notes have 'disappeared'

I've updated to bible 5.1.1 on my Samsung galaxy S2 running android 5.0.2

My notes have gone!

There's no colour marker indicating a note attached to a verse.

New notes I create are not attached to the verse

Hi John,

A few questions to help us find the problem, if you don't mind:

Did this start happening when you upgraded from 4.5-> 5 (the new app design, etc), or just since yesterday's 5.1.1 update?
Does your notes document appear in your Documents list panel (accessible from the left side panel -> Documents)?
Are Notes enabled for that resource? (Open the resource -> click the 3 vertical dots in the resource's toolbar -> View Settings -> This Resource -> Notes) I assume so, but just to be sure...

Yikes!

How long did you wait after you installed the app for your notes to appear? A lot of background processing can occur after an update and notes won't instantly appear (especially if you have a lot of them).

They haven't appeared for days. I noticed them missing late last week and still no notes

If you have a wifi connection, please restart the app on your device and wait a good 30 minutes. Then use the "Report a Problem" item under the Help menu so we can take a look at your logs.
