TIP of the day: DIY Personal Letter labels

2. To create your own Personal Letter labels, simply create a new style - I use one palette for all label manual additions - with the attributes given in the Help file. Note that I do not restrict author and recipient to biographic because of people missing in the LCV. I also added a place attribute because I had found a label including it. (Yes, I posted a documentation bug report in the forums).

3. I check a Faithlife encoded Personal Letter to make sure I understand how the labels are used.

4. Select an entire letter, click on your Personal Letter style and enter the requested attributes. Don't ask why the author is not present. On T.M. the response time was so slow I reported it as a bug on the beta forums; on its probable expansion to Thomas Maule I put in a suggestion for a rapid response to requests for new LCV items.

5. Now you can run a Search to verify that you have everything set up correctly.
