Screen Flashing and Videos not playing

We had a couple problems this past Sunday: While in proclaim all the screens flashed black and then came back up and the media store was open half on one screen and half on the other without clicking on anything in the program to open it up. Had to go off air and back on air to fix it. This has happened with the screens flashing a couple of times now in two different services.

The other issue we had was Wednesday night we opened up our AWANA service and it wouldn't load anything. This service was created on a computer in the office and opened up in our sanctuary. The issue was it wouldn't load or play or go on air on our Sanctuary computer (windows 10 and everything is new on it) but when we went back to the office it was created on and everything played fine. This service was mostly videos but they were all uploaded to proclaim and not ran as local.

Hi, FBC, and sorry to hear about the problems you experienced last Sunday. I haven't heard of the first issue you describe with the flashing screen. Were you controlling the presentation from the computer, or remotely? Also, is there are way you have to reliably reproduce this happening (you mentioned it had happened at least one other time; were there any circumstances other than being on air that might be consistent to both?)?

The logs don't have any meaningful errors in them, so it doesn't seem like anything critical is affecting the functionality of Proclaim.

Regarding your second issue, this sounds like it could have been a sync problem. Did the sanctuary computer have a solid network connection at the time and display that everything was synced up properly? If the problem is still occurring, do any of the other presentations in your group show up?
