are you ever going to have a multiple campus option for Proclaim? With more than one campus even if I purchase more than one license I would have to enter songs, announcements, sermon presentations in each database separately. That is a pain.
Hi, Steve. If you have more than one campus, there are two options. First, you can use the backup and restore feature to create physical copies of your presentations and share them between the groups. Since this is somewhat antithetical to Proclaim's sync feature, we recommend that you pay for two separate licenses but use only one of them for your content. Any content you have can be shared by anyone, and members of one campus may be able to pick up tips from the other.
We've briefly looked into other options for multiple campuses. Ideally, what would the setup you'd like to see for your situation?
I would like to see one database that we could put presentations up on and it can be downloaded to any license.
as with our weekly announcements to be able to play it at any campus on any license but only have to do it once.
I would just like to see one database that we could upload all of our songs other presentations all of our pre-service loops to be able to use it at any campus in anytime even simultaneously. With one license for campus
Thanks for the feedback, Steve. You can have as many presentations on air from the same presentation group as you like. There is no maximum on the number of machines which can collaborate on presentations either.
For example, you could have a machine dedicated to cycling announcements in a loop 24/7 in your front room, present in the sanctuary, and have a presentation at another campus going on simultaneously. Although we require that you pay for a license for the second group, we do not require that you use it to present or create presentations. In your case, I think you can solve all of your problems (except that you have two separate licenses) by using a single presentation group for all of your Proclaim content and have a second, paid dormant presentation group.
