Having Issues Opening, Updating, Uninstalling and Reinstalling

Hello, 

I am a regular proclaim user, love it and recommend it to everyone. 

My home computer recently would not install updates on startup, and when I tried to skip updates Proclaim would fail to start up. 

I tried to uninstall Proclaim, but there is Program/Feature titled "Proclaim" that will not uninstall. I doesn't have the normal Proclaim logo, but just a white page logo.  It will not uninstall. 

I have tried reinstalling Proclaim but it will not reinstall.

I am running windows 10 that is up to date.

Hi, Rory. Glad to hear about your enthusiasm for Proclaim, and thanks for the logs. In Programs and Features (where you try to uninstall Proclaim), what version of Proclaim do you see?

Your log shows an issue with one of our database files. Please navigate to the following filepath:

C:\Users\Rory\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\fre5gh34.5do\SlideCacheManager\

Copy the file "SlideCacheManager.db" and post it in this thread (it's good policy for us to take a look) and then delete it from the original location. Try restarting Proclaim.
