Items not loading

We are having difficulty with all the content items loading in a Proclaim presentation even though the light is green in the upper right corner. We have experienced that on both Mac's and PC's. Sometimes it is a video clip but sometimes it is just an announcement. We end up having to restart Proclaim and sometimes even the computer itself to get them to load. This has only been happening the past 3 weeks or so.

I have attached the latest logs on a Mac where an item is not loading.

Hi Wally, and thanks for the logs. Could you direct me to a presentation and service items that are affected by this issue? It would be useful to have a firsthand look at the media files that aren't working.

When you say the items don't load, do you mean they show up as a blank white box or that they don't function normally (e.g. you click play on the video and it doesn't play, but you can see the thumbnail)?

It is in the presentation entitled 02-14-16 Worship Service and it was the second item in the Preservice loop called Communication Cards. It would show up as a thumbnail but would be a blank box with a spinning arrow when you click on it. It is working now since I restarted Proclaim. This weekend it was on the PC in the Sound booth and the Countdown in the Warmup was blank. Again it will normally resolve itself after restarting Proclaim or the computer but the person running it needs to be sure to check it all out before the service and not just depend on the green light in the upper right corner. Otherwise they can get stuck with no video playing or even worship songs not displaying.

We shipped a fix for this bug yesterday. Some pieces of media with a language tag weren't syncing properly. Let me know if you have any more affected pieces of media.
