I have Proclaim on a PC with Windows 10 and the Proclaim will not update either manually or automatically. Anyone else had this issue and have a solution? Any help would be great. Thanks.
Hi, Michael, and welcome to the forums. What is the error message you're getting when you attempt to install Proclaim? If you can post your installer logs (look for "Manually finding installer logs on Windows") in this thread by following these instructions we should be able to figure out what's going on.
Make sure any anti-virus or other third-party software is either disabled or has Proclaim on the safe list.
Thank you for your response. I don't get an error message. When prompted by Proclaim that there are updates and I choose to update instead of skipping, it will process for a few seconds and then return to the update prompt. I have tried the manual update, but it takes me to the download the program webpage. Any help you can send my way would be appreciated.

Please retry updating, then post the log files to this thread as outlined here http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-
This should give us a better idea what is going on. You could always manually uninstall/reinstall to work around this issue temporarily, but we'd like to get to the bottom of the actual issue of course.
