It was a magazine. Each monthly volume is published as a separate 'book'. I would like to make a table of contents that includes all of the monthly volumes.
So the "magazines" are indeed Logos resources, right? The only way I can think of is to create a personal book using the personal book builder tool. Are you familiar with that? The tool itself is "easy," but composing the book with the functionality you want might not be.
