Hello,
We've had some weird behavior on our presentations for a while, but I'd always forget about it between Sundays, until yesterday. So I'm reporting an "old" bug. Here's the symptom:
- During our church service, a weird timer would show up in the lower left corner of the screen and stay stuck on the same military looking time for the rest of the service.
Here is what seems to be the cause:
- We accidentally had one of our announcement slides during the main service set to "Show a 12:00AM countdown clock, then hide the clock"
Switching to that slide would obviously start up a long countdown (on a Sunday morning), however here's where things get buggy. After we switch to the next slide, which does not have any countdown timer set, the timer would stay on screen stuck at whatever time it was at when we switched to the next slide. And it stays on all slides for the rest of the main service presentation, even though none of them have any countdown timer turned on. That isn't the way it's supposed to work, is it?
We use a Mac & PC to prepare the presentations, and usually a MacBook Pro running the latest OS X and Proclaim to project them.
Here's an annotated screenshot showing what I'm talking about:
