Screen video capture for PC

I was wondering what is the best desktop screen capture video software for a PC in making tutorials for teaching others using Logos and other translation software? i have seen some that have highlighting ability which makes it easier for the viewer to stay focused on what the teacher wants emphasized?

Any Ideas? anybody?
