proclaim recording

When I click on recordings from this past week I receive a message that states "unable to find files to merge.  Was this recorded on a different machine."  Yet it seems to show that something is there.  What do I do?

Yes, the message was recorded on this machine.

I am running Proclaim on a Mac Mini - OSX 10.11.1

Are you saying that behind the error you can see a waveform or slides?

Also, could you post your logs? They might point us to where your files ended up.
