I'm not sure what is going on, but your engine is out of date. The current version is 6.9 SR-1, whereas you are using 6.8. Please download and install the newest engine. If you can't get your app to do it automatically (or with the update now command), please manually download and install the engine. If that doesn't fix your issue, please provide a full set of logs (not just the error log).
