Proclaim has updated itself several times this week. The updates seem to complete successfully, and the version number seems to match the information you have posted to the forum, However, the release notes appear to be out-of-date.

Thanks for the information, we did have multiple updates this week and it looks like a copy/paste issue and forgetting to change the date.
I'll fix this now.
