Indexing Problems
I have installed Verbum in a new computer and it is no slacker. The install is complete and everything works just fine however the indexing never makes it past 22% complete. I type in "Rebuild index" and let it run all night. In the morning it has stopped at 22% again. Computer is set up not to sleep etc. Any ideas? Does it need to be online to index. Maybe I can disconnect and shut down my anti virus if that is the problem.

Welcome to the forums. It doesn't need to be online. Normally, I would suspect lack of sufficient space to index ... figure about 2.5 times what your resources take. If you could enable logging and upload the logs, perhaps we can identify the problem.

M.J.,
I am using .1 TB and have 1.8 TB still available on the Hard Drive. The core is an I7 and this computer has 12 GB of Ram. That far exceeds the minimum needed to run Verbum.
I have enabled the java script for logging and will send you the results once Verbum stops indexing. How do I send those, separate attachments? There isn't a way to send the entire folder is there?
Thank you,
Heather

Okay, I can see what went wrong but unfortunately it's not something that I understand why the indexing was doing it. Unless one of the dump experts weighs in, I would suggest that you call Logos for technical support.
