Proclaim no longer stable with MAC

just updated to ver 1.31 (1.31.0.0884)  the software is no longer stable on our MAC Power Book running  MAC OS 10.11.3.  

initially the software would not finish starting - restarting the MAC eventually got past that issue

in the middle of our praise set of our service the software crashed - first time occurrence since we moved over to Proclaim in Jun 15.

we moved to proclaim from Media shout for the stable platform - need advice, how do I roll back a version or can the company find the glitch and fix?

Hi, Thomas, and sorry about the interruption to your service. If you could please send us your log files by following the instructions here we can find the reason Proclaim crashed and ship a fix to it.
