Commentaries in passage guide?
Sorry for the elementary question, but I'm just getting started with Logos 6 Gold. I've watched most of the tutorials, and two different ones show Commentaries up top in the Passage Guide, but I don't have this header. I'm also missing some of the other Passage Guide headers shown in the video, but Commentaries is the most important one. I certainly have commentaries in my library, and I see items can be added to the passage guide, but this isn't one on the pulldown list. Ideas?

if you don't ask elementary question at the Beginning with Logos you nee to ask them later ;-)
Can you show a Passage Guide open as Scan, so we might understand what happend.

there are Things missing that should be in the Passage Guide in Gold
Dit you create the Passage Guide and forget to involve them or is this the original Passage Guide?

It might be an index Problem.
Can you create a Passage Guide name him My Passage Guide and put the missing Parts in? Than do this search again run your My PG

hmm...three Possibility
1. it's an Index Problem (you need to contact the support or wait for the Big Guys)
2. You have Mac or a Pad
3. You have not the Full Gold Version...instead just the Core

I do have a Mac. And I bought the full Gold version.
So how do I best contact support. By email?

OK I checked the Gold so if you have Gold than you have this, than it might be an index Problem.

Support are verry nice Guys :-) Yes if you sent an Mail with your Scans they will help you..
But if it's cheap you also could call them

I did have to re-index my files earlier because there was a service interruption the first time and it got stalled part way through. So maybe that has something to do with it.

Concur lack of Commentaries section in Guide Template is puzzling. In Library, does type:commentary find any resources ? Logos 6 Gold includes many commentary resources.
Basic Search has option to search using Bible Milestone so can find entries in Commentary resources:

Yes I seem to have the commentaries in my library. Hopefully, re-indexing again will do the trick, but thanks for the alternate method, that is helpful!

Hello! Thought you might like an update. Finally, I have everything I am supposed to have in the Guides!
It was an indexing issue. I had to re-index my library, restart, allow more updates to install, restart again and re-index. So that's why it took me a day to get it all straightened out. I don't really understand why updates were necessary right after the initial re-indexing, but anyway, the second indexing went much faster, as promised. I live in the country and have a very slow connection (3mbps) so I suspect somehow the downloads were interrupted, and I started using it, thinking it was all done.
