Can't Access my Logos Media

We are testing out Proclaim to consider switching to it.  I can't figure out why my Logos library is not linked to the account.  When I go to the Media Browser there is not "Logos Media" as the training video shows.

When I check "View Account Details" in Proclaim, it takes me to my Logos/Faithlife Account Page, which makes me think it is "linked" correctly.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

(Note: I did set up the Proclaim sign in under a generic church email for it's username rather than my email.  Thought best due to the collaborative nature of the system.)

Proclaim is setup for each user to have their own login. Proclaim uses Faithlife Groups to manage who can edit your presentations. Similarly, the licenses you purchase in Proclaim are associated with the group.

I can see that your account (David Saylor) and your generic account (First Baptist Church Manchester) are both members of your presentation group (this is good). 

Since the Logos media is your media, you have to be a part of the group to see the media. Looks like you joined yesterday so it should be good now. From either account, you should see the Logos Media.

As for why the "View Account Details" link takes you to your account, that is because you are already logged in in your browser, so Faithlife skipped the login step. Really, the account proclaim is logged in as is your generic account not your actual account.
