Proclaim Signals Location Issue

I am having trouble getting signals to work at our worship location. I have tested the feature in other locations at it works just fine. The difficulty I believe is with our location.

We have internet access, but I know to get signals to work you must designate the address. Our worship location (a newer private school) has an address, but I wonder if the address is actually linking us to the GPS coordinates on the map. As often happens in newer locations, Google Maps or the like do not know exactly where to place the location. I believe that is my issue.

Is there any way around this?

Hi, Patrick, and welcome to the forums. In the past we accepted lat/long coordinates, which appears to have been removed from the google maps API. We're looking into a fix for this to make sure you can always enter the exact coordinates to ensure signals are working.

Signals should broadcast to anyone within a half mile of the designated location, so for now if you can enter a more precise address that is next door or across the street that should resolve the problem.
