An error occurred during synchronization

I use my laptop to update the Proclaim presentation weekly, Last week the sync wheel popped up with a little red triangle and said "An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again. I tried a few more times and have tried restarting the computer and the program as well as allowing it through the firewall, disabling my internet filters, tried in several different wifi areas, made sure the internet was connected, and reset my network hardware. None of this has seemed to make any difference so I decided to make a log and contact support.

    I have the same issue. I use a MacBook Air M1, May be a bug wit the "M series" Version?
