Where's the Rudder?
Did this ship? I didn't receive an email and I haven't been charged: wasn't it supposed to come out on the 25th?

Call Faithlife ... the only times I have had this happen the bank transaction had been rejected. They work through these manually so it may be corrected before you even knew there was a problem to a call speeding up the process.

Thank you for your replies! Ben from Faithlife got in touch with me to let me know it was because my credit card refused payment for some reason. I emailed support and they took care of it.
I did notice, however, that the Greek text doesn't appear to be marked as Greek, because none of the fancy Greek tools when you right click on a word.

The Rudder came in two portions - one of which uses transliterated Greek i.e. it is not recognized as Greek. The second portion uses the Greek script and is recognized as Greek 946,652 words worth to be precise.
It does behave as Greek for purposes such as Searching ... it is not an interlinear or reverse interlinear if that is what you mean.

For the all-Greek side, when you right click on a Greek word, do any of your Greek dictionaries pop up? I tried yesterday, and none of the words brought up Greek dictionaries, which I generally associate as being caused by the text not being properly labeled as "Greek" in the metadata.
I could be wrong, but it seems to me that Greek texts put out by Logos typically have basic Greek morphology information associated with each word, as with the Perseus texts. I think Faithlife just needs to flip the "Greek" switch to turn on the functionality (i.e. simply label the whole text as Greek rather than English or something else), but perhaps I'm misunderstanding things.

The coding for the Perseus texts is from the Perseus project - a multi-institutional project to tag texts. You can learn about the project on the web.

The reason I showed the picture of the concordance was as evidence that Logos has flipped the Greek switch on the Greek text. Also, on the Concordance you can see the words that the stemming algorithm has attached to the same "lemma" i.e. the words that will be identified as a set when, in a search you choose "Match all word forms". This is an effect of having the Greek language tag set.

That is the expected behavior because a stemming algorithm is used rather than tagging.
