Images sometimes show up and sometimes not

Adding media sometimes has been an issue. I will upload an image and it will show up on the MAC I use, then it will not project onto the screen, it becomes a blank slide in Proclaim. I thought it was the size of the picture used so I resized it, it showed up for a while then went blank again. Any thoughts on dimensions of photos for Proclaim to ensure they show up on our screen? Our screen is a 16x9. Thanks!

Hi, Shawn, and welcome to the forums. There is a current known issue that will cause certain imported foreground images to appear as a blank white box. If you see this occur the best solution is to delete the image on the slide and add it again from the media browser from your group uploads. We're working on finding the root cause of this bug.

I'd recommend for the time being adding your images as a background instead of a foreground. The new background stretch options will allow you to tailor the image on the slide to the proper aspect ratio.

Shawn, thanks for your post. I was able to look at your presentation and I believe I have tracked down the cause. We'll get a fix out for this asap. In the meantime, I noticed most (all?) of your custom media covers the entire background of the slide. You are currently using the foreground image feature to accomplish this. Have you tried adding your media as a background image?
