For the last several weeks while I am controlling slides for the sermon via iPad, the technician at our Proclaim computer sees a message pop up in the lower left that I am trying to connect or unable to connect. While that message remains on his screen I cannot advance the slides. If the technician closes this warning box by hitting the x, I have control and can advance the slides again.
This does not happen at 8:30 - we almost never have problems with Proclaim at 8:30 but it has happened the last 2-3 weeks at our 10:45 service.
