Sermon upload problems

Hi, 

We're still fairly new users of Proclaim and would like to start using the Sermon recording function, but are having some issues.

I tried publishing our first one last night and all seemed to be going fine (the trimming message followed by the compression message followed by the upload message).

All seemed ok but each time it would get stuck with the revolving disk saying it was processing the audio (after all the other elements seemed to have completed).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, when looking for help through the common articles there seem to be a few dead links when clicking on the soundfaith.com hyperlinks in the following page:

Hey David, we had an issue with one of our third-party services that backs our uploads. All should be good now. I would try publishing again. If that doesn't do the trick, upload your log files here and I will try to get to the bottom of this. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

As for those broken links, I will follow up with the guys that maintain our help site to make sure those get fixed. 

Besides the failed upload, how did recording go? What did you use as an input source and was trimming easy?
