It seems that the set up for proclaim has changed since we purchased license a month ago. I was able to view included content by searching My Content. Now it seems I have to go to store and mess around trying to find included media amongst media for sale. Some items that were free seem to have disappeared. Can anyone explain what has happened?

You should still be able to find free content or content you own under 'My Content'. What is making you have to go the store? Recently, we moved some Bible Screen videos, that were previously free, into our Pro Media subscription. That may be the free media that disappeared. If you have used some of these Bible Screen motions in the past, you can use Add Item->Reuse item to reuse those service items.

Id love to see a screenshot of what you are seeing when doing your searches under my content. I just tried with one of my accounts and saw a lot show up.
