We currently use another PC to present the announcements. We had been using Powerpoint 2010. I would like to use the same slides as we use in the Preservice. How can I export FROM Proclaim to a powerpoint format?

I don't use proclaim, so I can't answer your question. It would be best to have this thread in the proclaim forum where the right people will see it to help answer your question. A forum moderator may move this thread there.
You cannot export from Proclaim into a Powerpoint format, but you can install Proclaim on as many computers as you want or need, so you could just use Proclaim to present a preservice announcement only presentation from a different computer, while presenting your main service as you do now.
If you want to keep using Powerpoint, you can view your Proclaim presentation on documents.logos.com (as described for printing in this help article: http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/204678065-How-do-I-print-my-presentation-slides-)
Once viewing your presentation on documents.logos.com you can export fully rendered slides as PDF documents and then import those into a Powerpoint presentation.
