Hi everyone!
Having trouble the past several weeks where backgrounds are not loading in my services-today it's just one slide that isn't loading but in the recent past it's also been a whole library worth (for me personally it's been Graceway Media). All I see in my service is a white/gray checkered box where the slide should be. Anyone else out there having trouble with this??
I've already tried troubleshooting by restarting my computer and rebooting Proclaim but it didn't work-slide still will not load. Though the slide does show 'on air' I also need it to show in the service so our Tech crew knows what's coming and knows that it's working properly.
