Audio on music not working

I am having trouble with my audio tracks playing, or at least me hearing them.  I can hear them on my home computer, but when I try and play them on the laptop we use for church there is no sound. We have not changed anything that I am aware of, it suddenly just has no sound. I am able to play a video and that has sound. Any suggestions?

Hi, Steve, and welcome to the forums. The audio volume is likely turned down on the church laptop. You can find the controls when you enter Preview mode on any item that's playing background audio:

The audio and video volumes in Proclaim are separate, which can be tricky sometimes. Let me know if you continue to have problems.
