Proclaim keeps on freezing and crashing

Hi everyone

I am new to proclaim and wondering if anyone could help with some problems I am facing.

Proclaim keeps freezing mostly with videos, as well as sometimes crashing.

It does state that my presentation contains audio recording cues, but Proclaim could not find audio input devices. To make sure a recording device is setup before going on air. As well as the presentation does not contain a valid location. Signal will not be broadcasting properly.

I am not sure if this is because the sound desk it's connected to isn't on but when it has been on this notification still remains showing?

With the videos, it shows up in the time line but will not load or play. it will stay on the start of the video until the video duration time is over. 

when it really play up I either shut the program down and tart again or go into task manager and end process. I can see that it shows the memory is running extremely high

I don't know if this is because our church download levels are low or it's proclaim itself?

Is there any advice or help someone can give me to help with these problems?

Thanks for the detailed report, and welcome to the forums! It sounds like there are two issues here, the audio hardware not being detected and the videos not loading properly. Both of these can be caused by remote software, like LogMeIn, which doesn't support DirectX or other essential components to video and audio playing properly. This is a common cause of device malfunctions.

What is the make/model of the recording equipment you're using? That can help us track down the problem. Are you able to record audio in any other programs on your computer?

I see some out of memory errors for your group. Is it possible that your machine is running low on disk space? Also, could you provide Proclaim's memory usage when it freezes? This should help us to diagnose what is going on.
