Issue with not being able to import files into "My Content" and not seeing Group Uploads

When I go to "Import Files" in the Media section, I'm able to select a file and import but then back on the main screen I am getting an "Error uploading" message:

I can't seem to ever upload something successfully. I'm using a Mac with the following details:

How are you doing on disk space? The error in the log indicates that we cannot find the tmp file for upload. We make a copy of your file in a temporary location for upload and then our upload will try and upload this temp file and can span restarts of Proclaim. The error I'm seeing is at the startup of Proclaim (I don't see the part where we make the copy into the temp folder) and these will continue to try and upload until you cancel them.

1. Empty the trash on your Mac

2. Cancel these uploads (you will need to start fresh).

3. Start a fresh upload

If that still fails, attach a new set of logs from the help menu and one other thing to try, I'm curious if uploads from the edit area (pictured) work?
