6.11 beta 3: Feedback on Progress Indicators on Courses Tool.

Thanks for the progress indicators in the courses tool.

Personally, I'd find it more helpful if the part-read (hollow) indicators were replaced with mini pie-charts indicating the percentage similar to what we have in the library. This is particularly true for the larger circle at the top of the panel.

Being able to mark segments as (un-)watched/read would be helpful, too.

Hi Mark;

Please allow me to ask you a question concerning this. Where are you seeing the new progress markers in the current beta? I have looked in the table of contents of both Logos Mobile Ed courses (I only have 1) and the other courses (John Piper and DIY Bible Study) but I do not see the indicator anywhere.

I thought that before I post a new post, I would ask you 1st, since you apparently see them. I am using the Windows version of Logos Desktop.

You see them in the Courses Tool that's part of Llogos Now.

Got it. Thanks Mark, I'm glad I asked you 1st. [:)]

I like your suggestion, and think that do that will make the indicators more beneficial and descriptive. Adding the "Un-Watched" feature would enable them to be more accurate.

Faithlife; Will either of these be implemented? As far as the "watched" status goes, it is kind of ineffective if as soon as you open the a course, all of the indicators state "watched". [:)]

I have that same problem. LA-=151—Every lesson is marked as complete, and I have a You have completed the course indicator at the top of the panel, even though I have viewed less than half the lessons. To me, this feature is just annoying and totally worthless.
