Desk Top Highlights do not sync with Next Book

Hi, I am running the Android App (4.11) on my NextBook tablet.

The highlights I do in the Android sync with my Desktop, but it does not work the other way around. Sad

Any one have a similar problem? Hmm

Is there a solution?

My tablet will not up date to a higher version. [:(]

When I try to download the newer vision a get the message: You device isn´t compatible with this version.
