I am trying to set up motion backgrounds (mp4 videos) behind song lyrics but can't seem to find a way to do it. Am I missing something simple or is this not an option?

Welcome to the forums! To add a motion background to a slide, click "Background" above the slide view in the edit pane:
If you have uploaded the videos to the media browser already, you can find them in your "Group Uploads." You'll have to uncheck "Content" on the breadcrumb bar to unfilter videos.
If you haven't already uploaded your videos, you can import them and locate them on your hard drive.
