Proclaim and Video Posts

I use Proclaim to record my slide presentation with audio.  After the sermon, I publish the presentation to my Faithlife group.  The presentation will not play on my iPad or Android tablet or android phone.  It plays fine on my desktop or laptop.  If I tap on the soundfaith logo, it plays fine on the soundfaith sight.  What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. The soundFaith.com team is aware of the issue and they will be fixing it soon. In the meantime, going to soundFaith.com will work. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
