Proclaim Crashing When trying to preview a motion screen

Yesterday, and today on a different computer, Proclaim crashed when I tried to preview a motion screen during the build of my presentation.  The error message that came up was "Proclaim has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."  Attached is one of 3 log files.  The other two log files will be sent shortly.  The third file is when I tried working on my presentation at a different computer.

I took a look at your log files and see this entry:

    2016-03-22 17:10:47.7857 1 Error VideoPlayer Windows Media Player media failed event - C:/Users/h/AppData/Local/Proclaim/MediaCache/6eee4770-39de-49e4-9413-b2f8ac3794d2.mpg System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0xC00D11B1): Exception from HRESULT: 0xC00D11B1

This error code is coming from the video playing on that system and can be caused by a number of issues including - 1) the content has DRM, 2) that machine is missing the codec to play that content, or 3) other issues

here is a thread describing this error: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/2d80888f-4f1d-450c-90ee-2568b7283e23/mediaelement-failing-with-exception-from-hresult-0xc00d11b1?forum=wpf

To help us diagnose the issue could you

    - Verify you can play other mpg videos using Windows Media Player on this machine outside of Proclaim.

    - Verify you can play the video located at C:/Users/h/AppData/Local/Proclaim/MediaCache/6eee4770-39de-49e4-9413-b2f8ac3794d2.mpg using Windows Media Player outside of Proclaim on this machine.

Also, have you been able to play other motion backgrounds or videos on this machine in the past? Is this the only motion background or video you are having issues with?

If you would like some help walking though these steps please don't hesitate to contact our customer support - we can attach to your computer and take a look at things.
