Logos 2.0 Catholic Edition
I have a copy of Logos 2.0 Catholic Edition that I am trying to install on a computer running Windows XP. I want to do this because it includes The Jerome Biblical Commentary which is no longer available in newer versions of Logos. My problem is that the second 3.5" floppy somehow got erased. Is there someone out there who can help me?

Call customer service give them the serial number and they should be able to unlock it it should then download from the logos servers. If it does not I can email you the file, after you have the licence installed from the set of disks.

That is part of my problem. I have neither the serial number nor the license key. I cannot find them on the disks and don't remember if I wrote them down somewhere. If I did, I don't know where to look. They could be anywhere or nowhere. I purchased the program in 1998, I think.
I tried using a license extraction program but had no luck.
Logos 2 starts installing w/o either number but stops because disk 2 is bad. I am not sure if disk 3 is usable either (never got that far and didn't think to check). I have an old hard drive with three Logos 2 directories on it but setup.exe is not in any of them. The JBC and the bibles are really all I want.

Without that number I feel you are out of luck... I actually do not know what the options might be.

Thanks anyway. I am beginning to feel this is futile.

Do contact Faithlife and see if they have an records or ideas/

Welcome [:D]
Does your Order History => https://www.logos.com/account/orders/history show Jerome Biblical Commentary ?
If so, then Jerome Biblical Commentary should already be usable in Verbum 6 or Logos 6.
Logos Support has pages for unsupported previous versions:
LLS => https://www.logos.com/about-lls
Libronix 3 => https://www.logos.com/support/logos3/windows

Does Logos 2 directories have LOGOS.LSB file ? (from LLS Backup => https://www.logos.com/about-lls)
If so, one idea is email to Logos Customer Support => https://www.logos.com/contact with LOGOS.LSB attachment and picture of floppy disks along with request to unlock Jerome Biblical Commentary.
Another idea is installing Libronix 3.0g => https://www.logos.com/install3 followed by importing LOGOS.LSB then discovering resources.
Libronix 3.0g had License Sync, which was useful for uploading licenses that synced to Logos 4. Caveat: not know if Libronix 3.0g license sync works now due to security protocol changes.
Keep Smiling [:)]
