I haven't seen this for my dynamic price on Capstone or - logged out - for fully-priced Basic. This might be a bug in Dynamic Pricing or that the cart - unlike the page - doesn't recognize the 10% discount given on Basic currently (18 of 180 seems to point in that direction). You could try the sales chat.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm glad to see you were ultimately able to purchase for the proper price.
We're unable to re-create this on our side, the pricing appears to be consistent between the product pages and the cart.
If anyone else is seeing it, please share screenshots or let us know so we can continue to troubleshoot.

I notice the OP is outside of the U.S. Would the way the site handles currency conversion have anything to do with it?

I have looked a few times over the last few months, the price always changed in strange ways, I tried again the next day after posting on here, it went through with the correct amount.
I have the price to show in my local currency, the euro. Which shouldn't make any difference.
