Proclaim Crash

I am having issues with Proclaim crashing consistently. This happened a few months ago and we seemed to have resolved it for a little while. On good Friday it crashed again. I have proclaim on our audio computer but only use it for uploading content. I opened it up on that computer and it seemed fine. No issues noted. After our last encounter, I surmised that it might be my projection computer. I spent all last weekend swapping the graphics card and all the computer files from computer to computer to get them swapped. I brought the new computer up, opened Proclaim and it crashed. The only thing that was different or was the consistent item in the swap was the graphics card. I wondered first if that could be an issue. I don't see however, how a graphics card to cause software to crash. Otherwise the graphics card works just fine. No other issue. The only other possibility is media. The other consistent element is if I am imputting too much media, and videos. It crashed this morning while I was attempting to upload a welcome video. It uploaded to about 65% and then crashed. Good Friday when it crashed, I had 3 or 4 motion video backgrounds when it crashed. Please help because I am at my wits end with this!!!

I don's see anything interesting in the log files, leading me to believe it's a device driver issue, probably the video driver. Have you run Windows Update recently? You'll want to be sure there aren't any updates available for the video card. You could also try disabling hardware acceleration which might make things more stable.
What kind of video card are you using? Does the crash happen if you remove all video/motion items from your presentation?

Jim, could you please collect your Windows Event Viewer logs by following the steps in this article? Since your Proclaim log files aren't yielding much information, Event Viewer should provide us with more to troubleshoot with.
